Quick Clinic

The Quick Clinic process for eHealth consulting is based on a highly successful quick strategy consulting concept, the Flash Consultations developed by Magda Pecsenye.

The Quick Clinic gives you a fully customized, actionable, short (3-4 page) action plan that addresses your technology woes and is designed to save you time, energy, and money – in a turn around time of only one working day after receipt of payment.

The Action Plan focuses on breaking solutions down into small steps that are designed to help you act and face the problem, instead of sinking deeper and deeper into a morass of inaction.

The process in a nutshell:

You tell me where it hurts: You describe your problem, the goals that this problem prevents you from achieving,  the technology you are currently using, and what you do with that technology.
I provide an initial diagnosis and Action Plan: Based on what you tell me, I  identify a couple of potential solutions that can help you now (not later, not after purchasing a new system), explain how these can address your problem and fit in with your  work flow. I summarize my findings in a customized short action plan, which I will send you one working day after receipt of payment.
Follow Through: I support you in implementing the Action Plan with an initial 30-minute follow up consultation using Skype, Google Hangout, or Instant Messenger.

After the initial Quick Clinic, I offer 30-minute follow-on consultations to revise and update your Action Plan.

The QuickClinic is a unique, fast service whose components are valued at a total of £350.

Individual QuickClinic: £200
1 30-minute follow-on consultation: £30
3 30-minute follow-on consultations: £75

All follow-on consultations are in addition to the 30-minute consultation included in the original QuickClinic.
